    An exercise for the biceps

Coaching Points

  • Adjust the seat height and weight accordingly
  • YOur hands should be able to grasp the handles without taking your lower back away from the back rest
  • Only the elbows should move throughout the entire exercise
  • Lower the weight in a controlled fashion
