    A chest exercise

Coaching Points

  • Begin by making sure your whole back is resting fluch to the bench
  • Start with you elbows bent to 90 degrees
  • Push the dumbbells through their natural plain of movement, meeting at the top
  • Slowly lower the weight to the start position
