Description

    A chest and stability exercise

Coaching Points

  • Ensure your hips are keep in line with your back
  • keep your legs fixed and knees bent to 90 degrees
  • Rest your shoulder blades on the ball
  • Push the weight up through a natural plain of movement so as they meet in the middle
  • lower the weight back down in a controlled movement
