Description

    An exercise for the lower back, Erector Spinae

Coaching Points

  • Lying face down on the floor, place your hands next to your ears
  • Slowly raise your chest off the floor 4 inches
  • Ensure you keep to this range of movement to avoid hyper extention
  • Slowly lower your chest back to the floor
