Description

    A core stability exercise

Coaching Points

  • Begin by lying over the ball
  • Slowly walk your arms out until your shins and feet are the only things left on the ball
  • Lower yourself onto your elbows
  • By using your core muscles keep your hips in line with your spine
  • Hold the position until loss of form
