Description

    A hamstring and lower back exercise

Coaching Points

  • Stand with feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent
  • Keeping your back straight bend your legs and lower the bar to just below the knee
  • using the muscles in your lower back and hamstrings stand up tall again
  • Keep a slight bend in your elbows at all times
