Description

    An exercise for the shoulders, inparticular the upper trapezius

Coaching Points

  • This exercise can be done on a bench or seated on a swiss ball
  • ensure that yiu are sitting tall, with your core muscles activated before you begin
  • Start with your elbows bent at 90 degrees
  • push your hands up to meet in the middle
  • lower to start point slowly and controlled
