Description

    An exercise for the triceps

Coaching Points

  • Adjust the weight accordingly
  • Place your knees on the platform
  • Activate your core muscles
  • Lower yourself until your elbow is bent to 90 degrees
  • use the muscles in the back of your arms to return yourself to the start poisition
