Description

    Seated exercise working the lats and biceps.

Coaching Points

  • Do not bend the back when you are working.
  • Keep the weight low enough that you are working your back and arms without having to bend the back to lower the bar
  • Use an overhand grip to work the lats primarily, biceps to a lesser extent.
  • An underhand grip will work the biceps more than the overhand grip does.
