Description

    An exercise for the back concentrating on the lattisimus dorsi

Coaching Points

  • Holding a dumbbell in one hand, rest the opposite hand on the bench
  • rest one knee on the bench and keep it slightly bent
  • Make sure you keep your back flat at all times
  • if you find you are hitching your shoulders or back, then lower the weight to gain full control
  • Keep your elbow tucked it, and maintain perfect form throughout
