Description

    An exercsise for the back and biceps

Coaching Points

  • Adjust the weight accordingly
  • Place your knees on the platform
  • Start with arms fully extended
  • using the muscles on your arms and back, pull yourself vertically up
  • When your arms are bent to approx 90 degrees stop
  • Control the down phase
